About us
K A Goulden Electrical was set up solely by Kelvin Goulden in November 1999 as a user friendly, approachable electrical contractor with high ethical standards.
The company increased its customer base with many customers returning on a regular basis and became incorporated in March 2003. In March 2004 we gained NICEIC full accreditation with automatic Domestic Installer and Trustmark status when they were introduced. In 2005 we moved to our current offices at Squirrel Lodge, Spalding.
Other company attributes
Monthly meetings are held with all employees to discuss health and safety, customer surveys and suggestions for improvement. We also operate an open house policy and have in-house training days with our employees. NICEIC Area Engineers regularly inspect our work to ensure it is of the highest standard. Therfore we are bound by the NICEIC Complaints Procedure and Guarantee of Standards Scheme.
